I have long advocated the removal of refined carbohydrates from our diets; but I had no idea of the impact that  modern semi-dwarf wheat, introduced in the 60’s, has upon those who consume it.

Dr William Davis, formerly a cardiologist, set out to understand what was causing the cardiovascular issues that the efforts he was making to help his patients were not really addressing.

His book “Wheat Belly: Lose the wheat, lose the weight and find your path back to health” is the result. This video summarises his conclusions.
