This story by Ryan Gallagher and Glenn Greenwald outlines more of the uncompromising tools and approaches being used by the NSA to compromise computers, infiltrate VPN and VOIP services, take over bots, and so on. In simple terms, these goons will do whatever they can figure out how to do to invade business and personal privacy.
I find this drip feed approach being used with the Snowden documents far more effective in sustaining the public’s interest and generating understanding than the Wikileaks approach of a massive dump of material. Apparently they are only getting warmed up.
