In this article, Gordon Duff tells it as it is – except from what I know, it is far worse than this, and a lot older. In simple terms, when you have so-called arms of government able to generate such huge unaccounted cashflows, they become a law unto themselves. The CIA and the US black ops world are accountable to no-one bedsides their dark overlords – certainly not the US Government.
