This article by Jon Rappoport, which discusses the situation in a Maui court, where the GMO makers have presented evidence that only the judge can see but the opposing lawyer cannot is a great illustration of where the US legal system has got to.
The National Security Act card has been played for years, now dramatically augmented by the Patriot Act, setting up a stacked legal deck. And it is considered perfectly acceptable by the judiciary. The big mistake so many continue to make is that they have bought the idea that the legal process is somehow about justice. It never was and it’s becoming more obvious by the day.
