Dr. Gerald Pollack introduces his outstanding work on the 4th phase of water and its critical but completely ignored role in biology. For example, by molecular count, water makes up 99% of the molecules in a muscle, yet the role of those molecules is, as I understand him to say, completely ignored in the currently accepted model for the action of muscles.
