No surprise here, in my view. Soros has taken over from David Rockefeller and Henry Kissinger as the key action guy when it comes to driving the globalist agenda behind the scenes; not that they have retired. I quote:

Soros was also fingered for funding at least part of the trouble making during the Ferguson Riots.
And did you see the reported efforts to have Poroshenko awarded the Nobel Peace Prize? Right up there with Obama and Kissinger, I would have thought. It’s great because it leaves none of us in any doubt about who runs the Nobel prize show.
