I recommend you read the article and perhaps the book, and do your own research. Then ask who promoted this and why? Just another thread in this complex plan that is not in your best interest.
If you reflect upon it, you will recognise that the obesity epidemic and Type 2 diabetes epidemic both correspond with our current dietary preferences. Do you think there might be a connection? With sugar alone, Americans eat 25 times the amount of their forebears in 1900.
