Now more troops from Benin, Cameroon, Niger, Nigeria and Chad are being sent to fight against Boko Haram.

All of this is entirely consistent with the modus operandi of the United States and the CIA; although, as I have shared, the United States has been firmly under the control of their Zionist masters since before WWI. It’s well disguised, of course, as is this control everywhere.
